HÀ TĨNH, VIETNAM - Media OutReach Newswire - 29 June 2025 - VinFast has officially inaugurated its electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing plant in Hà Tĩnh, located in the Vũng Áng Economic Zone, less than seven months after construction began.
